As a Youth Development Specialist at Milton Hershey School, you and your spouse will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. You will be responsible for guiding them in daily activities, administering medications, and creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

To succeed in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. We are seeking couples who are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Integrity is key in this role, as all staff are role models for our students.
