Youth Development Coordinator

Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as flex houseparents for groups of 8-12 students in a supportive residential environment.

The Youth Development Specialist role involves providing emotional guidance, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring a nurturing atmosphere. This unique position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including housing and competitive salaries.

Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
