Milton Hershey School is seeking a Youth Development Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in guiding and nurturing students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and are committed to providing a stable and supportive environment for our students.
As a Youth Development Coordinator, you will work closely with your spouse to manage various responsibilities related to the students' welfare, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also be responsible for leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
