We are seeking a Youth Development Specialist to join our team as a flex houseparent, working closely with couples to provide a supportive and family-like environment for groups of 8-12 students.

Responsibilities include guiding students, administering medication, budgeting, and fostering personal growth through daily activities. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
We offer a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including a period of personal time while students are at school. A three-week paid summer vacation is also included in the compensation package.
