At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking a dedicated married couple to join our team as Flex Houseparents. In this unique role, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide guidance and support to at-risk youth. As a team, you will create a family-like environment, manage daily household operations, and handle various responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration.
This is a comprehensive compensation package that includes a salary of $43,825 per person, for a total of approximately $150,000 per couple. You will also receive relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
To be eligible for this position, couples must have been legally married for at least two years, both spouses must be 27 or older, and they should not have more than three dependent children residing in the student home. Additionally, couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
