What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Development Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking experienced couples who can support and supervise a group of students. As Houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide guidance and care to our students.
Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- High school diploma or GED required
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
Candidates must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
