About the Role
As a Youth Development Specialist, you will live on-campus with your spouse and care for a group of approximately 8-12 students. This role requires experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and care to students in a nurturing environment
- Manage daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting
- Lead students in daily devotions and participate in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Meet age requirements (spouses must be 27 or older)
- Abide by campus guidelines, including a smoke-free and weapon-free policy
