Youth Development Coordinators Needed
At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to join our team as Youth Development Coordinators. In this role, you will work closely with our students to help them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in life.
As a Youth Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will oversee daily activities, administer medication, and ensure the well-being of our students while they live on-campus. You will also handle responsibilities such as driving, budgeting, reporting, and more.
We are looking for couples who are passionate about working with youth and who have a strong commitment to providing a loving and supportive environment. Our ideal candidates have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and we require a valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

• Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
