At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to join our team as Youth Development Coordinators. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide a stable and loving home environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As a Youth Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in various aspects of their daily lives, including guidance, medication administration, and budgeting. You will also play an active role in leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
