Job Description:
As a houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students from underprivileged backgrounds in a family-like environment. You will be responsible for daily supervision, transportation, and other responsibilities. This role requires a high degree of integrity as you will be a role model for our students. Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for married couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and have a valid driver's license. You will also be required to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Benefits:
