This role involves guiding students, administering medication, and managing household tasks while offering a supportive family-like structure. You and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home and be responsible for a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, budgeting, reporting, etc., and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
