Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private educational institution that provides an exceptional career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school's mission is to provide a supportive environment for students to thrive, and we are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents.
As flex houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a family-like structure for approximately 8-12 students. You will handle various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading daily devotions. In addition, you will take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
This unique career path requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. Couples should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and abide by the school's policies, including being smoke-free and weapon-free.
