Milton Hershey School is seeking a unique career path for married couples to serve as flex houseparents. As a Youth Development Specialist, you and your spouse will reside on campus, providing guidance and nurture to students in a supportive residential environment.
The ideal candidate has experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
