Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private educational institution providing career-focused education to disadvantaged students. We are seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, guiding and nurturing a small group of students in a family-like environment.
Responsibilities:
- Reside on-campus student homes and provide guidance and support to approximately 8-12 students
- Manage various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
We offer a competitive compensation package including a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
The ideal candidate should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
