As a Youth Development Specialist at Milton Hershey School, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our students. This position involves serving as a houseparent in one of our on-campus homes, where you will live with your spouse and provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services. You will also be responsible for driving, administering medication, budgeting, and fostering a family-like atmosphere within the home.
