Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to function as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of students in a supportive environment. As Youth Development Leaders, you will provide a family-like structure, manage daily activities, and ensure the well-being of students while living on campus.

You will be responsible for providing a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Candidates Must:
Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
Be legally married for at least two years
Be 27 years old or older (for both spouses)
No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
Able to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
Able to limit pets to fish and one dog of approved breeds
Hold a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans
Able to lead students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate a high degree of integrity
Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
