In this role, you will be responsible for creating and supervising evening and weekend recreational activities. You will also take students to Sunday chapel services and collaborate with fellow staff members to continually evaluate and enhance the program. Additionally, you will provide coverage in MHS's students homes as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and strong interpersonal skills. Experience working in youth residential settings, mentoring, teaching, and advising diverse youth from under-served settings are highly desired. Additionally, exceptional leadership skills, including conflict management and inspiration, are required. Computer skills, including Microsoft and Google applications, internet, and social media, are essential.
