Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school that provides an exceptional education to students from underprivileged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing groups of 8-12 students in on-campus student homes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This role requires a two-person team who have been legally married for at least two years and are age 27 or older. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Responsibilities include providing a family-like environment, administering medication, and handling various logistical tasks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for budgeting, reporting, and driving student home vans.
