Job Summary
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents, providing a family-like structure and guidance to a group of 8-12 students. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students and helping them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Reside on-campus in student homes with your spouse
- Provide guidance, support, and care to a group of 8-12 students
- Manage daily activities, including driving, administering medication, and budgeting
- Lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
