The Milton Hershey School is seeking a team of experienced married couples to fill the role of Youth Development Specialist. As part of this position, you and your spouse will live on-campus as flex houseparents, providing guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
This unique opportunity allows you to make a positive impact in the lives of these students while also being part of a supportive family-like structure. You will work closely with other houseparents to create a safe and nurturing environment for your students.
In addition to your experience working with youth, you and your spouse should have a commitment to fostering a supportive environment and adhering to specific campus guidelines.
