What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Development Partners position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking experienced couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving and administering medication.
The ideal candidate couple should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
