At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to join our team as Youth Development Partners. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The ideal candidate should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older.

In this role, you will work closely with your spouse to guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. You will also lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
