About the Role
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Youth Development Professionals. As a couple, you will live on-campus and provide a nurturing family-like environment for students in our care.
Your responsibilities will include guiding and supporting students, managing household tasks, and providing transportation. You will also have the opportunity to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must meet the following requirements:
- Be married for at least two years
- Be at least 27 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a background check
