The Youth Development Specialist position is an exciting opportunity for married couples to serve as flex houseparents in on-campus student homes. As a key member of our Residential Education Team, you will guide and nurture groups of students, providing a family-like structure and supporting their emotional, social, and academic growth.
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. You must also be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. We value integrity and seek individuals who can demonstrate a high degree of character.
