Flex houseparents are married couples who reside on-campus in student homes, providing a consistent family-like structure for approximately 8-12 students. They handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
Couples must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
