Couples selected for this role will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple), which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. To be eligible for this position, couples must meet certain qualifications, including having been legally married for at least two years, being at least 27 years old, and having no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. They must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and follow specific guidelines for pets. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate a strong commitment to serving as role models for students.
