About the Role
This role is ideal for married couples who are passionate about working with young people and creating a family-like environment. You will work collaboratively with your spouse to provide guidance, transportation, and support in daily activities, including daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to students in a residential setting
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement programs and activities
- Ensure student safety and well-being at all times
Qualifications
- Couple must have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license required
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
