Job Description
As a Youth Development Specialist at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for leading a group of students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You will also be expected to handle various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and leadership skills. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, you will need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license.
