The Milton Hershey School is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to join their team as a flexible houseparent. This role requires couples who can provide guidance and support to 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily care and supervision of students
- Driving and transporting students
- Administering medication and performing other medical tasks
- Managing household finances and budgets
- Reporting incidents and concerns to management
As a flexible houseparent, you will have the opportunity to work with students from diverse backgrounds and help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
