Milton Hershey School is seeking a Youth Development Program Manager to join our team. As a married couple, you will serve as a flex houseparent, providing guidance and support to students in a family-like environment.

The Youth Development Program Manager position involves serving as a role model and mentor to students, providing a stable and nurturing environment. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in their daily lives, including helping with homework, meals, and activities. You will also be responsible for managing the student home, including budgeting, reporting, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must also be a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license.
