Youth Development Program Manager

Milton Hershey School is a leading private educational institution providing a career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for 8-12 students.

This unique career path involves living on-campus, guiding students in daily activities and spiritual development, while enjoying a supportive framework provided by the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for students.
• Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
• Guide students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Requirements:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
• A minimum of two years of marriage and both spouses should be at least 27 years old.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.
