Job Description:
Couples will serve as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They will be responsible for daily activities, transportation, and medication administration, while also offering essential support and guidance.
The ideal candidates will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a family-like environment for students
- Guide and nurture students in their daily activities
- Transport students safely
- Administer medication as needed
- Offer essential support and guidance
