Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Job Responsibilities
As a Youth Development Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a residential setting. This includes managing various responsibilities, such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. You will work collaboratively with your spouse to create a supportive environment for students in pre-K through 12th grade.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
