To be eligible, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. Couples must be married for at least two years, both spouses should be 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, comfort leading daily devotions, and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
