**Become a Flex Houseparent at MHS**
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing guidance and nurturing to groups of students in a family-like environment. As flex houseparents, you will reside on-campus and cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily activities and routines for students
- Administer medication as needed
- Foster personal development in students
- Drive student vans and provide transportation
- Budget and manage household expenses
- Report progress and communicate with school administrators

**Qualifications:**
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings

- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Limits on pets: only fish and one dog of approved breeds permitted
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
