Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a family-like structure for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a consistent and supportive environment for your students. This includes handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading daily devotions. You will also take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
