Job Description
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing a family-like environment for groups of 8-12 students. This role involves guiding and nurturing students, managing daily responsibilities, and creating a supportive community.
Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.

Qualifications
Candidates must:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Limitations on pets, only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
- Valid driver's license, ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
