We are seeking a skilled Transitional Living Assistant to join our team and help our students achieve their full potential. As a member of our residential program, you will work closely with students to help them develop essential life skills such as personal finance, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to high school seniors
- Supervise students in a residential setting
- Collaborate with staff to enhance the program
- Create and supervise evening and weekend recreational activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive a 9-passenger van
- Experience working in youth residential settings preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
- High degree of organizational skills and flexibility
