Role Overview

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing a family-like environment for children from disadvantaged backgrounds.

About the Position

• Reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of 8-12 students
• Manage daily responsibilities, including driving and administering medication
• Cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home

Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary package includes:

• $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Be a married couple with at least two years of marriage
• Be age 27 or older
• Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
