Job Description
As a Youth Development Specialist, you will serve as a flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School, providing a supportive and nurturing environment for 8-12 students. You will be responsible for maintaining a family-like structure, overseeing daily activities, and managing various tasks such as transportation and budgeting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Two years of marriage and both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
