About the Role
We are seeking a Youth Development Specialist to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a couple, you will serve as flex houseparents, providing a stable and supportive environment for our students. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students, helping them to develop important life skills and values.
You will work closely with other staff members to ensure that our students receive the best possible care and support. This includes providing daily meals, transportation, and medical attention as needed. You will also be responsible for managing the household budget, reporting any issues or concerns to school administrators, and participating in regular training sessions.
