Job Description
As flex houseparents, you and your spouse will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in an on-campus student home. Your daily activities and responsibilities will include:
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handling various responsibilities, such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
