Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should have been legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old. Both spouses should have a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, they must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, abide by smoke-free and weapon-free campus policies, and be willing to limit their pet ownership.
