What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Guidance and Mentorship Needed position at Milton Hershey School?
To be eligible for this position, applicants must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. The couple should have been legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be at least 27 years old.
Applicants are required to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, refrain from alcohol while on duty, and limit pets to fish and approved dog breeds. Valid driver's licenses and certification to drive student home vans are also essential. Couples must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is the minimum educational requirement, and applicants must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as staff members serve as role models for students.
