We are looking for experienced married couples to serve as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will reside in a student home, providing guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and develop a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment.
Responsibilities
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for students. This will involve establishing routines, managing household responsibilities, and developing meaningful relationships with students. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of students.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you and your spouse must have relevant experience working with youth, be able to commit to a minimum of two years in this position, and meet the requirements outlined in our job description.
