**Role Responsibilities**
As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide guidance and support to a group of students. This will include overseeing daily devotions, taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and participating in various activities that promote the well-being and personal development of our students.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To be eligible for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be at least 27 years old, legally married for at least two years, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. Additionally, you must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
**Compensation and Benefits**
As a flex houseparent, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
