Responsibilities
As residential youth specialists, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing a safe and supportive living environment for students
- Developing and implementing daily routines and schedules
- Driving students to activities and appointments
- Administering medication and handling daily needs
- Reporting any concerns or issues to administration
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, couples must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Couples must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
