What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Guidance Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking Youth Guidance Coordinators who can provide a nurturing environment for our students. As a Youth Guidance Coordinator, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. This role involves providing guidance, logistical support, and promoting a positive lifestyle while living on campus.
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. The school offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as relocation assistance and paid training.
This is a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
