Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated and caring couples to join our team as Youth Guidance Coordinators. In this critical role, you will provide guidance and support to 8-12 students, helping them to navigate the challenges of adolescence and achieve their full potential.
About the Role
As a Youth Guidance Coordinator, you will live on-campus with your spouse and work together to create a safe and supportive environment for our students. You will guide them in daily activities, administer medication, drive, and complete various administrative tasks.

- A salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
