Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple.

Job Description and Responsibilities
As a student care provider, you will be responsible for providing a family-like structure for 8-12 students, guiding them in their daily lives while residing in on-campus homes.
This will involve responsibilities such as transportation, budgeting, and administering medication, as well as leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
You should also be a married couple who has been legally married for at least two years, with both spouses being age 27 or older, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license, as well as the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
